Diabetes in Asia Study Group (DASG) is holding its first conference in collaboration with International Diabetes Federation (IDF) & Nepal Diabetes Association in Kathmandu-Nepal on 16-18 October, 2008 (Previously known as Diabetes in Asia Conference).

As Chairmen of DASG, I feel honoured and privileged to inform you about the conference. The theme of the conference is “Implementation of Primary Prevention Strategies for Type 2 Diabetes”. This conference provides a great opportunity to share the latest scientific data on diabetes from the Asian Continent and other parts of the world. A large number of leading diabetologists and people involved in diabetes care in the Asian Continent, are expected to participate in this conference.
